What we collect

When you request a free sample, we collect the details you type into the form: your business name, the type of business, your email address, your phone number if you add one, your Instagram handle or website if you share it, and anything you write in the notes field.

When we build your sample or your content, you may also send us photos and videos of your business, your logo, and similar materials.

If you subscribe to a plan, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your details only to prepare your free sample, to reply to you, and — if you become a client — to create, schedule and publish your content and manage your subscription.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or use it to advertise other products to you.

Your photos and content

Photos and materials you send us are used only to create your sample and your content. The posts, videos and captions we create for your business are yours.

How long we keep it, and deletion

We keep sample requests and client materials while we are working with you, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our own records. Email us at scrollaurateam@gmail.com at any time to ask what we hold about your business, or to ask us to delete it — we will delete sample-request details on request.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not run advertising trackers. If that ever changes, we will update this page first.
