These terms cover the ScrollAura website, the free sample, and our paid content subscriptions. Plain language, the same way we write everything else.
The service
ScrollAura is a subscription service that creates social media content — posts, short videos and captions — for local businesses, and schedules and publishes it for clients whose plan includes publishing.
Plans and prices
Our plans are Starter ($299/month), Growth ($499/month) and Dominate ($899/month). The Founder Pilot offers the Growth plan at $249/month to the first 3 Lancaster businesses. Annual billing is available at ten times the monthly price — twelve months for the price of ten. All prices are in US dollars. If prices ever change, we will tell current clients before their next renewal.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, from the billing link in your Stripe receipt emails or by emailing scrollaurateam@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and the current period is not pro-rated or refunded. Every post, video and caption we created for you stays yours after you cancel.
The free sample
The free sample is genuinely free: no card, no deposit, no obligation to subscribe. One free sample per business. The sample we create for you is yours to keep and use, whether or not you subscribe.
Approval before posting
For subscribers, we never publish a content pack without your approval first. If you don't reply, we don't post — silence is never treated as approval.
Your materials
By sending us photos, videos, logos or other materials, you confirm you have the right to use them for your business's marketing. You own the finished content we create for you.
Honest expectations
We create and publish content for your business. We cannot and do not guarantee followers, reach, leads, sales or any other specific result — no honest content service can.
